Join us for an evening of elegance, fine dining and generosity in aid of Wiltshire Treehouse.

• Drinks Reception
• Mayoral Address & Presentation
• 3 Course Meal
• Charity Auction
• Dance Performance
• Live band with dancing until midnight

Dress code: Formal wear.

Drinks will be available from the bar, with 10% of all sales from the evening donated to Wiltshire Treehouse.

Wine may be pre-ordered, however will not add to the charitable donation.

• Single Ticket – £60.00
• Table of 5 – £500.00
• Table of 12 – £600.00

Accommodation: We have secured a fantastic room rate for our guests including breakfast starting from £75. Details on how to take advantage of this offer will be included in your confirmation email after booking tickets.

[Optional] Floral Table Centrepiece Sponsorship: To help us with the evening, we are actively seeking table sponsors for £100 per table which will include the following

• You name the table,
• Floral centrepiece featuring your brand colours and logo – which you can either take home on the night, or donate to a volunteer helper from the evening,
• Your brand on table setting names and QR code linking to your business website on the reverse,
• Your company and contact information featured on an A4 with thanks sheet that will be included in our charity information for the night,
• Feature on our posters and marketing materials for the event,
• Your company, a link to the website and contact information featured on our final thank you email and report on how much was raised from the evening, to be sent out on Tuesday 21^st April 2026
